The original burger bar of Bournemouth, we’ve been perfecting our craft since 2012. Monty’s is truly independent, owned and run by the burger brothers, Mike and Christian, if there’s one thing we love more than making burgers, it’s eating burgers!
Our passion for burgers started way back when we were knee high to a grasshopper and Mama Lou would fill several bowls with various toppings so we could pimp our burgers. Twenty years later, not much has changed, with our monthly specials we like to experiment using different ingredients including the hugely popular Mac N Cheese burger.
To create the best burgers though, you need the very best produce, which is why we use 28 day aged grass fed Somerset beef and free range chicken all prepared and delivered fresh daily, including our brioche buns baked every morning in Eastleigh. To intensify the flavours, we make our own sauces, chutneys and chilli jam in house on our path to burger perfection!
